Because I've been such a slug about posting recently..

I'm going to paticipate in a meme that I was tagged with by my good buddy "Romeo" at Triple Venti..........


Here are the rules:

Here goes nothing. Some of these may come as a shock to some readers and to others....not so much.

1. I'm not even 40 yet (and no, I'm not 39 :o) and I'm already geared up and even overwhelmingly excited about becoming a grandma soon...or in my case...."Grams."

2. I think the first and foremost reason that I was put on this earth was to be a Mom and I also find it the most fullfilling, most important and most rewarding job that one could ever have.

3. I am Mom to 3 gorgeous daughters, one of which I have yet to be reunited with but she is rarely out of my thoughts and never out of my heart. My girls are the reason that I live and breathe. There is nothing that I wouldn't do for them.

4. I am 2 semesters away from being a registered nurse and I can't wait!! I love learning and usually love school but this program is tough and is taking all I have to get through it. It can't happen soon enough. I look forward to helping people and advocating for their rights. I would love to do some volunteer work...more on that below.

5. I have been divorced twice and in both instances I feel like it was what was best for all involved. I don't believe in divorce and I don't see myself ever getting married again. I figure if I tried it twice and failed both times then what's the point of giving it another shot?

6. I enjoy my freedom and am looking forward to the day when I will begin new adventures as a travel nurse. A job that will hopefully take me on many far off and wonderful adventures.

7. I LOVE all things that get my heart racing....whether that be having to make spur of the moment decisions that will impact many, or my favorite..any and all rollercoasters. The scarier the better!

8. I am currently in contact with an organization that does charity work in third world countries and would L-O-V-E to go on one of their planned trips and help as many people as possible.
